When you join our waitlist or send us a message, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, ZIP code, and any message you send us. We don't collect anything beyond what you choose to submit through these forms.

Like most websites, we also use standard advertising and analytics tools (including Google Ads) that may place cookies in your browser to measure how visitors reach and use this site. These tools don't identify you personally to us.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiries, notify you when Bunsoi is back in stock, and share occasional updates about the brand. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How it's stored

Waitlist and contact form submissions are stored using standard, reputable third-party infrastructure (Google's business tools). We keep this information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and keep you updated, and you can ask us to delete it at any time — see below.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, request that we delete it, or opt out of future communications at any time — just reach out through our Contact page. If you're a California resident, this includes the rights afforded to you under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. As noted above, we do not sell personal information.
